The 7 Best Induction Cooktop Electric Stoves For a family dinner

Induction cooktops use electric current (from an AC source) to heat pots and pans directly by magnetic induction while gas or other electric elements use thermal conduction to transfer heat from a burner to a pot or pan.

Are Induction Cookers  Better Than Gas?

One of the main reasons why induction cooktops are preferred over gas or any other electric cookers it’s because induction cooktops are fast.  The Electric cooktops have to wait for the elements to heat the burner and then the burner, in turn, must heat the cookware which will ultimately cook your food. Gas cooktops cook a bit faster, heating with a flame, rather than heating a burner.

Now That you know why induction cooker or cooktop are preferred, let’s now introduce the best induction cooktop for thanksgiving, Christmas, or any family reunion occasions. I will introduce their features and, pros & cons.

Which Is The Best Induction Cooker To Buy?

Below I have listed the 7 best induction cookers, they are not in order of the best but the most expensive are always the best choice for a reason but it always depends on your plans and means.

Are Induction Cookers Cheaper To Run?

Induction stoves or cookers are more expensive than electric and gas cookers but they are cheaper in the long run as with the induction stove you use 10% less energy than the electric stoves (Cookers)

Conclusion

For normal family dinner, I would advise Duxtop cookers as they can cook 2 to 3 dishes really fast and are inexpensive but Empava 30 inches or Empave 36 inches are the way to go if you really need to cook for a family reunion, it won’t take you time as you can cook and well control heat with multiple dishes on the stove which is awesome.
